Young

Delmon Young

The former stud prospect is finally living up to his potential this season. He's batting .317 on the year, including .448 over his last seven games. During that stretch he has added 11 RBI's, a home run and two runs scored. The Twins outfielder is hitting well and is looking to build on an already impressive first half of the season. I'm willing to bet on him doing just that.

Jhonny Peralta

Though his .251 average on the year would scare most owners away, Peralta can be a useful option in deeper leagues. He provides nice power out of the middle infield, a rarity these days. He's also in the midst of a hit streak in which he has batted .364 with two home runs. Look for his power potential to make Peralta a viable middle infield option in deeper mixed formats over the second half of the season.

Lastings Milledge

The Mets and Nationals cast off has finally found a home with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Milledge has capitalized on the opportunity, showing signs of his tremendous potential. He is batting .371 over his past nine games and has added two home runs over that stretch. He has decent sleeper potential in deeper mixed leagues or in leagues that start five outfielders. You never know when Milledge's game with catch up to his vibrant personality.
